Because wigs and hair products are personal hygiene items and also custom-made,
    •    All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
    •    Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if the Product has any fault that is caused by us and the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all sanitary protections intact (e.g., lace uncut).
    •    Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within the time frame stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Product Descriptions & Images
    •    We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    •    However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or perfectly reflect the actual product due to variations in screen displays.
